Donana National Park is one of Europe's great wetland systems, where marshes, dunes, pinewoods, and Mediterranean scrub support exceptional bird migration and one of the strongest remaining populations of the Iberian lynx. It is especially rewarding for spring birding, flamingos, spoonbills, and broad ecosystem variety in a relatively compact area.
